Workshop run-sheet and finish-time checker
Turn activity durations and transitions into a timed running order, then compare it with the booked finish time.
Your working figures
Fictional example data is shown. Replace it with your own. Keep the CSV header names, and use a dot for decimals.
Up to 500 CSV rows, with smaller limits on tools that compare combinations. No personal data is needed for the examples.
Your report
How the worksheet works
Run activities sequentially from the start time. Add the transition after each activity except the last. Compare the calculated finish with the booked finish.
A worked example
Starting at 09:30, the example activities total 120 minutes and transitions add 20 minutes. The finish is 11:50, leaving 10 minutes before the 12:00 booking ends.
Check these limits
One local day, with the booked finish later than the start. Activities may finish after midnight and are labelled next day. This is a running-order aid, not an automatic booking or a staffing plan.
Working with CSV
Keep the header row shown in the example. Put one item or shift on each row. Fields containing commas can be enclosed in double quotes. Reports flag inconsistent entries rather than silently filling missing values.
