Multi-material workshop kit planner
Build one shopping and packing list across materials, using stock already owned, shared supplies and whole supplier packs.
Your working figures
Fictional example data is shown. Replace it with your own. Keep the CSV header names, and use a dot for decimals.
Up to 500 CSV rows, with smaller limits on tools that compare combinations. No personal data is needed for the examples.

How the worksheet works
Required units = (participant kits + spare kits) × units per kit + shared units. Buy ceil(max(0, required − stock) ÷ pack size) packs. Existing complete-kit capacity uses the limiting per-kit material after reserving shared supplies.
A worked example
For 24 participants and 2 spare kits, four cards per kit requires 104 cards. With 50 in stock and packs of 100, buy one pack, leaving 46 after packing.
Check these limits
All quantities are whole units. Shared means one event-level quantity, not one per table or person. One currency for all prices. This checks quantities, not material suitability, safeguarding or workshop capacity.
Working with CSV
Keep the header row shown in the example. Put one item or shift on each row. Fields containing commas can be enclosed in double quotes. Reports flag inconsistent entries rather than silently filling missing values.
